Performance of 3D Concrete Printing
Experimental assessment of how material composition, layer geometry, anisotropy, curing and printing parameters affect the mechanical and thermal performance of 3D-printed concrete.
Thermal Conductivity & Experimental Validation
Bench-scale apparatus development, repeatability checks, uncertainty analysis and reference-material comparisons for construction materials.
CAD/FEA Apparatus Modelling
SolidWorks geometry and thermal finite-element models used to study heat paths, boundary conditions and design improvements in the test apparatus.
About the Founder
Beans for Brain was founded by Asad Ur Rehman Bajwa, a mechanical engineer and PhD researcher at Massey University. His work focuses on the experimental thermal performance of 3D-printed concrete, thermal-conductivity measurement and engineering modelling. His broader contributions include researcher development, postgraduate mentoring and evidence-based knowledge sharing.
